Today, I was in a group therapy, discussing an approach for abstination of soft and hard drugs.
For me, Miles Davis is a great example.
He was a heroin addict.
One day, he decided to stop.
So, each day, he said to himself : Today, I will not take drugs.
After a few months, his mission succeeded.
I am an alcohol addict, drinking 6 beers and a bottle of whiskey each day.
My approach to abstinate from alcohol is simple and requires some discipline.
Each day, I say: Alcohol - not today. You can’t take what you don’t buy.
And whenever I think about alcohol, I say: You can think of so many other things.
In my current state of mind, I have decided to start drinking less.
My goal is to drink 4 beers each day, and 1 bottle of whiskey each week.
Many believe, that drinking less cannot be achieved.
We will see. I can be Mr. Impossible.
The use of baclofen can help you to abstain from taking drugs.
I will discuss this with my psychiater, soon.
Taking drugs leads to dreaming during the day.
